We Started Because The Floor Coating Industry Needed Honesty

Most homeowners shopping for an epoxy garage floor get three quotes. The cheap one is usually a corner-cutter using big-box epoxy that peels in 2 years. The expensive one is a national franchise with territory fees baked in. The middle quote is what they pick — and usually it's still mediocre work.

We started Glendale Heights Epoxy to be the middle quote that actually delivers. We use the same premium polyaspartic materials the high-end installers use — but as a small local company without franchise overhead, we can charge less. The result: lifetime-warranty floors at a fair price.

What Makes Us Different

When you call, you talk to the owner. When the crew shows up, it's our crew — not a sub-contractor who left their card on your door. When something goes wrong (it shouldn't, but if it does), you have one phone number and you'll talk to someone who can actually fix it.

We don't do the "limited time offer, sign tonight" sales tactics that the franchise installers are trained on. We quote a price, we put it in writing, we leave. If you call back next week or next month, the price is the same. If you want to think about it for a year, that's fine — your floor will still need coating in a year.

• Diamond grinding only. We never acid-etch. Grinding costs more in labor but creates a permanent mechanical bond.
• Lifetime warranty in writing. Against peeling, hot tire pickup, delamination. Our warranty is transferable when you sell the house.
• Same-week scheduling. We don't make you wait 6 weeks. Most jobs scheduled within 5-7 business days.
• Fully insured. General liability coverage on every job. Proof of insurance provided on request before any job.
