Local Expertise
Addison is one of our strongest commercial markets. The village's industrial corridor along Lake Street, Fullerton Avenue, and Army Trail Road is packed with small manufacturers, auto shops, distribution warehouses, and trade businesses — and most of them have aging concrete floors that need either repair or coating. We do a lot of commercial work in Addison: night installs, phased projects, anti-slip aggregate systems for wet areas, and OSHA-compliant safety zone markings.
On the residential side, Addison has a strong mix of original 1960s-70s ranches and newer construction in the eastern subdivisions. Older Addison garages tend to have shorter ceilings (we work in 7' clearance no problem) and standard 2-car layouts. Newer construction in the Westwind, Fairwood, and the developments off Mill Road feature larger 3-car garages — those installs run on the higher end of our price range but deliver dramatic showroom-quality results.
A note on Addison's heavy industrial sector: we install OSHA-compliant safety markings (walkways, color zones, ADA tactile indicators) embedded directly in the coating. For warehouses requiring 30-mil industrial-grade systems with aggregate broadcast, we have the equipment and experience to handle those jobs.
