Local Expertise
Wheaton has the highest concentration of historic homes in our service area — from the late-1800s Victorians in the downtown historic district to the mid-century homes around Wheaton College. Each presents its own floor-coating challenges, and we love them. Older Wheaton garages often have detached carriage-house-style structures with original concrete that's seen 50-80 years of use; bringing those back to life with a premium polyaspartic floor is one of our most satisfying jobs.
For modern Wheaton homes — the Danada, Briarcliffe, and Arrowhead subdivisions — our process is the same as anywhere in DuPage: diamond grind, crack repair, polyaspartic base, decorative flake, top coat, all in one day. The difference in Wheaton is that homeowners here tend to value craftsmanship and durability over flash, which lines up perfectly with how we run jobs.
A note on Wheaton commercial: we do a fair amount of work for the local auto shops, retail showrooms, and downtown businesses. Polyaspartic floors hold up to daily commercial wear while looking polished enough for customer-facing spaces.
